For orders shipped to destinations within the United States, our standard delivery method is UPS Ground, for which we charge a flat rate of $9.50. All orders will be shipped within 3 business days, pending credit-card verification—wahoo!
We also offer overnight shipping for $34.50, via UPS Next Day Air, on some products. Please note that certain items (as noted in their product descriptions!) aren’t eligible for overnight shipping. Sorry about that!
Please note that if you order multiple items, they may come in multiple packages—but you pay just one shipping fee!

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority for a flat rate of 29.50 (which should arrive in 6 to 13 business days, pending customs) or via DHL Express for a flat rate of $34.50 (which should arrive in 3-4 business days, pending customs).
Please note that all international packages may be subject to additional customs, duties, or other fees (bummer, we know). We don't have control over these fees— they are calculated by each country's customs department— and, unfortunately, we cannot not be responsible for them. Please also be aware that international packages may be delayed due to customs.

We accept returns on full-price domestic orders that are received within 14 days of your package delivery. All international orders, sample sale items, and discounted/sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Unfortunately, we cannot facilitate exchanges.
All returns—again, for full-price domestic orders!—must be received within 14 days of receipt of your delivery, unwashed, unworn, and including all original packaging (like certificates of authenticity, if applicable!) and tags. All qualified orders (full-price, domestic!) placed between Dec. 1, 2014, and Dec. 25, 2014, are eligible for return until Jan. 9, 2015. We offer two options for returns:
+ STORE CREDIT: Return for store credit, and we cover the return shipping.
+ REFUND: Return for a refund, and you pay the return shipping, using the shipping method of your choice. We strongly encourage you to get a tracking number for your return shipment. We can’t be responsible for packages that get lost on their way to us! To get the return process started, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, reason for the return, and which return option you’re choosing. Then, we’ll authorize the return and send you the best address for mailing your package!
And, note: Of a Kind has the right to deny credit for any returned goods that do not meet the requirements of our return policy, so please treat our pieces with lots of TLC!
