For orders shipped to destinations within the United States, our standard delivery method is FedEx Ground, for which we charge a flat rate of $9.50. All orders will be shipped within 3 business days, pending credit-card verification—wahoo!
We also offer overnight shipping for $19.50, via FedEx Standard Overnight, on some products. Please note that certain items (as noted in their product descriptions!) aren’t eligible for overnight shipping. Sorry about that!
Also note that if you order multiple items, they may come in multiple packages—but you pay just one shipping fee!

International orders are shipped via DHL Express for a flat rate of $34.50, and should arrive in 3 to 4 business days, pending customs.
Please note that all international packages may be subject to additional customs, duties, or other fees (bummer, we know). We don't have control over these fees—they are calculated by each country's customs department—and, unfortunately, we cannot not be responsible for them.

We accept returns on eligible domestic orders that are received within 21 days from the day your order was placed. Paper shop items, sock shop items, personal care shop items, select wedding shop items, and items explicitly noted as final sale on our site are not eligible for return. 50% off Instagram promo pieces are final sale and not eligible for return (no exceptions!). Limited-edition items purchased using a promo code may only be returned for store credit. All international orders are final sale and not eligible for return.
Unfortunately, because of the limited-edition nature of our products, we cannot facilitate exchanges.
All eligible returns must be received within 21 days from the day your order was placed, unwashed, unworn, and including all original packaging (like certificates of authenticity, if applicable!) and tags.
We offer two options for returns: refund or store credit. To get the return process started, simply click this link! You can select the item(s) you're returning, and we'll automatically generate your return label. Please note for all returns: There will be a $8.00 deduction from your refund or store credit to cover the cost of return shipping and processing. If you’ve been gifted something from Of a Kind that isn’t quite your speed, you can return it for store credit. Just contact firstname.lastname@example.org to get the process started. We hope you find something else that you love!
And, note: Of a Kind has the right to deny credit for any returned goods that do not meet the requirements of our return policy, so please treat our pieces with lots of TLC!
