Shipping Policy

Our standard delivery method is UPS Ground, for which we charge a flat rate of $9.50 for domestic shipments within the US and $29.50 for international shipments.

International orders are shipped out via USPS Priority International. Please make note that all international packages may be subject to additional customs, duties, and/or other fees (bummer, we know). We don't have control over these fees— they are calculated by each country's customs department— and, unfortunately, we cannot not be responsible for them. Please also be aware that international packages may be delayed due to customs.

We promise to do everything possible to get your edition out the door within 3 business days of order placement, pending credit card verification.

If your order is super urgent, email us at shipping@ofakind.com, and we will do our very best to arrange for overnight shipping. Additional shipping costs will, of course, apply.

Return Policy

We accept returns on domestic orders. All international orders are final sale.

For domestic orders, all returns must be received within 14 days of receipt of your delivery, unwashed, unworn and including all original packaging, tags, and the certificate of authenticity. We offer two options for returns:

+ STORE CREDIT: Return for store credit, and we’ll cover the return shipping.
+ REFUND: Return for a refund, using a shipping method of your choice, and you’ll pay the return shipping. We strongly encourage you to obtain a tracking number for your return shipment.

To get the return process started, send an email to returns@ofakind.com with your name, order number, reason for the return, and which return option you’re choosing. We’ll take it from there.

Of a Kind has the right to deny credit for any returned goods that do not meet the requirements of our return policy, so please treat our pieces like the special things that they are.
