Toast to Katia Davidson’s Totally Original Pisco Paloma Cocktail
Katia Davidson spent a whole year living and working in Chile, and she came back to the U.S. with not only tons of inspiration for her jewelry line Palomarie but also with a newfound love of the country’s alcohol go-to, pisco. Here, she whips up her spin on a classic paloma—and her drinkable creation is as pretty as her wearable ones are.
Leaves from a sprig of rosemary
Juice of half a lime
1 ½ ounces pisco
Juice of half a grapefruit
Lime wedge and rosemary sprig to garnish
Muddle the rosemary leaves (as many as desired) with the lime juice in a rocks glass. Add the pisco and grapefruit juice and top off with seltzer. Add a lime wedge and sprig of rosemary to garnish. The best part is the peachy color of the drink and green garnishes.
