Shipping Policy

Our warehouse in Maryland works hard to ship all ground and international orders within 3 business days unless otherwise noted within the details of a product page. Due to a small team and a tight turnaround, we can’t make any changes to an order once it’s placed. Please note that if you order multiple items, they may come in multiple packages—but you pay just one shipping fee!

 

We offer a variety of shipping options at checkout, but we strongly encourage customers to choose the "signature required" delivery option because of the risk of loss or theft. When the "no signature required" delivery option is selected at checkout, we aren’t responsible for replacing lost packages.

 

 

Domestic 

 

For orders shipped to destinations within the United States, our standard delivery method is FedEx Ground, for which we charge a flat rate of $7.00. All orders will be shipped within 3 business days, pending credit-card verification—wahoo!

 

We also offer 2-day shipping for $14.50 and overnight shipping for $19.50, both via FedEx. Please note that certain items (as noted in their product descriptions!) aren’t eligible for expedited shipping. Sorry about that! FedEx delivers standard 2-day and overnight packages Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All 2-day and overnight orders placed by 1 p.m. ET on business days are shipped same-day; if placed on weekends or holidays, these orders will be shipped the next business day.

International

 

International orders are shipped via DHL Express for a flat rate of $34.50 and should arrive in 3 to 4 business days, pending customs.

 

Please note that all international packages may be subject to additional customs, duties, or other fees (bummer, we know). We don't have control over these fees—they are calculated by each country's customs department—and, unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for them.Please also be aware that international packages may be delayed due to customs.
