Shipping Policy

We offer a variety of shipping options at checkout, however strongly encourage customers to choose the "signature required" delivery option because of the risk of loss or theft.  When the "no signature required" delivery option is selected at checkout, we're unable to be held responsible for replacing packages. 

Also note that if you order multiple items, they may come in multiple packages—but you pay just one shipping fee!

 

HOLIDAY POLICY

We work so very hard to get orders to you in time for holiday gifting, but delays occasionally do happen because of the volume of packages shipped during this time of year—and sometimes because of snowstorms. Please note that FedEx 2Day and FedEx Standard Overnight orders placed after 12 p.m. ET will ship the following business day.  

Below are the last days to place your order to ensure delivery by December 21st (the Friday before Christmas Eve):

 

DOMESTIC:

-    FedEx Ground to the West Coast: Friday, December 14th

-    FedEx Ground to the East Coast: Tuesday, December 18th

-    FedEx 2Day: Wednesday, December 19th

-    FedEx Standard Overnight: Thursday, December 20th

 

INTERNATIONAL

-    DHL Express: Friday, December 14th

Domestic 

 

For orders shipped to destinations within the United States, our standard delivery method is FedEx Ground, for which we charge a flat rate of $9.50. All orders will be shipped within 3 business days, pending credit-card verification—wahoo!

We also offer overnight shipping for $19.50, and 2-day for $14.50 via FedEx. Please note that certain items (as noted in their product descriptions!) aren’t eligible for expedited shipping. Sorry about that!

International

 

International orders are shipped via DHL Express for a flat rate of $34.50, and should arrive in 3 to 4 business days, pending customs.

Please note that all international packages may be subject to additional customs, duties, or other fees (bummer, we know). We don't have control over these fees—they are calculated by each country's customs department—and, unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for them.
