It’s tough to make a bi-fold look particularly unique without the addition of snaps or decorative embossing that head in a decidedly Hot Topic direction. The magic of this creation is in the construction—the entire thing is made of a single piece of vegetable-tanned Italian horsehide that’s folded and held together by a little smartly placed adhesive. The leather, which is a mottled grayish-olive color, is a lot more attention-grabbing than standard black or brown, but is still plenty neutral. Oh, and! The 3 ¼-by-7 ¾-inch piece is stamped with a pair of crossed pistols—an emblem lifted from one used by WWII military police—delivering just enough bad-ass flair. Each wallet comes with a certificate of authenticity signed and numbered by the designer.
- Medium measures 26 inches shoulder to hem
- 35 inches around the bust, with a 13 ½-inch plunge in the back; model (Chelsa!) is wearing a size Petite.
